Beginner's Mindfulness & Yoga Level 2

Starts 25 November

Mondays, 730-830pm | Sherwood Queenstown | 4 week course

Are you looking to deepen your practice or cultivate a regular practice? Are you struggling to get to a scheduled class and would like to practice more at home?

I have designed this course for those who have either completed a beginners course with me or have been practicing for a while (at least 2 months of consistent practice).

This course requires you to commit to 4 weeks of practice; 1 in person class, a online group meditation (to keep you motivated and accountable) via Zoom every week plus additional support via a private facebook group. You will receive a handout with poses to practice at home and guided audio meditations.

We will cover:


  • Breathework

  • Mindful movement

  • Sensory awareness

  • Mindfulness meditation

  • Yoga nidra

In person classes: 730pm Sherwood Yoga Studio (60mins)

What to bring or wear?
Come in comfortable clothes, all props are available at the studio.
