This 4-week online course is designed to help you develop activities, practices, and habits you can engage in on a regular basis to reduce stress and enhance your well-being - all in the comfort of your own home at your own pace.


Self-care is something you make time for in your daily schedule, rather than something you do occasionally. It goes beyond bubble baths and face masks as true self-care involves a lifelong commitment to your health and well-being. 


Ultimately, self-care is about having a set of practices that you can do regularly to help you nourish your mind, body and soul, away from the pressure of your to-do list.

because, I know what it was like to feel like I was constantly overworking, expending my energy to people and things that does not nourish me.

I felt the pressures of society to try and be that women that has it all, career, family, wealth and beauty etc... It wasn't a pretty sight as I pushed myself even further into work and over exercising at the expense of my health and well being. I didn't know that my mind, body and soul were starving for self love, kindness and connection

It took me years of inner work and self care practices to nourish and heal myself. While I am far from perfect, and I am still walking this journey of self-care & self-love every day, I now have a wonderful relationship with myself. 

I know I can help you create a sustainable and personalised self care practices that you love to incorporate into your daily life - in weeks not years.

What you will receive:

  • 4 x weekly zoom sessions (45mins) These will be interactive, workshop-style sessions with a mix of powerful teachings, journaling activities and Q&A


  • Weekly live/recorded guided yoga & meditation sessions you can access at your own time and from anywhere

  • Workbooks and exercises that you get to keep and refer back to again

  • Unlimited access to Elina in between sessions via email/messenger

  • Access to a private Facebook Group for all course members and be able to interact and connect with the other women who you are sharing the journey with.

Zoom sessions: Mondays 730pm NZT - if you cannot attend live, you will be able to access the recordings.
