This course is designed for seniors who are new to yoga and would like to improve their physical and mental well being. The pace is gentle and use props like walls and chairs to support their practice. With a focus on mindfulness meditations and breathing techniques, this course is suitable for all levels and abilities.
A Beginner’s Guide to Mindfulness:
Learn the basics of Mindfulness and how to incorporate into your daily life.
In this 3 hour workshop, we will learn the principles of mindfulness and how to incorporate into our daily lives. We will also cover the formal and informal practices of mindfulness. This fun and interactive workshop will also include mindfulness exercises and meditation techniques. No prior experience is required and we will sit on chairs
Mindful Yoga Foundations

Practice foundational asanas (postures) to develop the habit of discipline, the ability to concentrate and function effectively in your daily lives.
Understand how to move the body in a safe manner to benefit the muscles, joints and the blood circulatory system.
Develop and practice mindfulness, which helps to decrease cortisol, strengthens the immune system and increases physical and psychological well-being.
This course is for you if you are looking to attain overall health through the harmonising of the physical body, mind and emotions.
A mindfully designed day of self care for all you beautiful and deserving women. Bring your daughters, mothers or girlfriends for a day of yoga, massages, spa and delicious nourishing food.
Your day will include 2 yoga sessions, herbal tea all day, use of the SPA facilities and a 2 course (Burmese cuisine inspired) lunch with a view . A special massage rate is also available to you to further loosen the tights spots. Only 8 massage spots are available, first come first served.

This fun and relaxed headstand workshop is designed for students who already has a regular yoga practice and provides a safe environment to learn with confidence how to practice headstands that is most suitable for each individual.
