In this 3-week course you will learn mindfulness and meditation techniques that you can begin to practise immediately. You will also learn strategies for maintaining your practice and ways to deepen your meditations so you can feel more at peace and at ease with your life.
This course is designed for seniors who are new to yoga and would like to improve their physical and mental well being. The pace is gentle and use props like walls and chairs to support their practice. With a focus on mindfulness meditations and breathing techniques, this course is suitable for all levels and abilities.
