Starting any new practice in life can be difficult, and mindfulness and meditation are no exceptions. 


Maybe you’ve already tried practicing mindfulness, but you're not sure if you are doing it right or wrong. Maybe your monkey mind wouldn’t stay quiet. Perhaps you found it hard to stick with the practice.

Maybe you need to do something to reduce your stress, find joy again in your work or family life. Or sharpen your focus and increase your performance at work, sport or school.
