Are you looking to enhance your overall health & wellbeing, worry less, improve your focus and move your body more?

 

Kickstart or deepen your yoga practice with Elina through a series of mindful practices incorporating pranayama (breath), asana (postures) and dharana (mindfulness).

 

  • Learn simple and effective breath techniques to calm the mind and activate the parasympathetic nervous system, or the "rest and digest" mechanisms of the body

  • Practice foundational asanas (postures) to develop the habit of discipline, the ability to concentrate and function effectively in your daily lives.

  • Understand how to move the body in a safe manner to benefit the muscles, joints and the blood circulatory system.

  • Develop and practice mindfulness, which helps to decrease cortisol, strengthens the immune system and increases physical and psychological well-being.


 

This course is for you if you are looking to attain overall health through the harmonising of the physical body, mind and emotions.

Ladies' Yoga & Day Spa

 

A mindfully designed day of self care for all you beautiful and deserving women. Bring your daughters, mothers or girlfriends for a day of yoga, massages, spa and delicious nourishing food.

Your day will include 2 yoga sessions, herbal tea all day, use of the SPA facilities and a 2 course (Burmese cuisine inspired) lunch with a view . A special massage rate is also available to you to further loosen the tights spots. Only 8 massage spots are available, first come first served.

9am: Gentle detox yoga flow
1030am: Spa and/or massage sessions
