because, I know what it was like to feel like life is constantly against me, feeling never good enough or doing enough, and letting people /situations affect me negatively.

I felt the pressures of society, to try and be that woman that has it all, career, family, wealth and beauty etc... I have also experienced major setbacks in my life: - a major financial loss, the breakdown of a 10year marriage and a career change.

I know what it feels like to not know who I really am, constantly doubt myself, feeling like I wasn't doing or being enough. Living in fear that I would never be happy or feel like myself again.

It took me years of inner work and mindful practices to nourish and heal myself. While I am far from perfect, and I am still walking this journey of self-belief & self-love every day, I now have a wonderful, and confident relationship with myself. 

I know I can help you create a mindfulness practice to support you to deal with life's challenges and your worst inner critic- in weeks not years.
