Introduction to Gentle Yoga for Seniors

Yoga is a holistic practice combining physical poses (asana) with mindfulness, breathing techniques, and meditation. The combination of these practices promotes functional mobility, self discovery and helps rebalance the nervous system.

This course is designed for seniors who are new to yoga and would like to improve their physical and mental well being. The pace is gentle and use props like walls and chairs to support their practice. With a focus on mindfulness meditations and breathing techniques, this course is suitable for all levels and abilities.
