Beginner's Mindfulness & Yoga Level 2

Are you looking to deepen your yoga and mindfulness practice? 

 

I have designed this course for those who have either completed a beginners course with me or have been practicing for a while (at least 2 months of regular practice). You have probably already experienced some of the benefits that yoga & mindfulness brings and you are ready to learn more poses, breathe and meditation techniques to add to your health toolkit. 


We will cover:

1st Week: Seated poses and cultivating awareness

2nd Week: Standing poses and grounding practices

3rd Week: Balancing poses and understanding self compassion

4th Week: Heart opening poses and applying loving kindness

My workshops tend to be interactive where participants are encouraged to ask questions as we breakdown key poses and techniques, share their experiences and learnings. When you join my course, I will also address your strengths and needs individually as you need.
