About the retreat
This 5 days, 4 nights retreat is designed for newbies to Bali and/or yoga & mindfulness to explore the beautiful and wonderful island of the Indonesia archipelago. Immerse yourself in nature and culture, meeting like-minded people and soaking up all that Ubud has to offer. Retreat to an Bali paradise full of exotic tropical experiences whilst enjoying transformative yoga & mindfulness practices to revitalise the mind, body and spirit.
About the resort
The boutique resort (of only 10 rooms) is in a small village just 10mins drive from central Ubud, where you are able to enjoy the peaceful and serene environment by being perfectly nestled between lush green rice fields and a
beautiful river valley, yet still being close enough to easily access the town. Hotel shuttles to Ubud centre are provided 4 times a day.
Yoga & Mindfulness
All our yoga and mindfulness sessions will be conducted at the outdoor yoga shala looking onto the ricefields. Yoga mats and props will be provided.
You will be guided by Elina, who is an experienced, international yoga and mindfulness facilitator who loves and frequents Bali and can’t wait to share what an amazing place it is. Her yoga teaching started in Singapore and has since taught in Puerto Rico and now in New Zealand where she is based.
Her style is gentle, intuitive and mindful and she is honoured to be able to witness the transformation in her students through yoga and mindfulness and loves being able to share the techniques and benefits of this ancient practice that is truly available to everyone.
She created this retreat to make the experience of a transformational retreat as accessible and affordable to as many as possible. This retreat is catered for a smaller intimate group of not more than 12 people.

If you cancel your trip, we do not offer refunds for any reason however we will gladly transfer your credit to another guest.
If we don’t have enough numbers to run the retreat, we will fully refund your payment. We are not responsible for your expenses incurred in preparation for any cancelled retreat, such as airline tickets, loss of work, and/or other costs associated with preparing for your trip.
